Snacker Crackers (Gluten-free, Dairy-free)

We love these so. They are the perfect snack for sneaking into a movie, munching with dinner, packing in a lunch, or just eating any time you want something yummy. Salty, crunchy crackers and they're absolute heaven topped with wild mushroom brie. I'm so serious. I didn't get any shots of them with cheese because I'm pretty sure I was too busy gobbling them up to think about pictures.

You'll just have to trust me.

What you'll need:

• 3/4 cup almond flour

• 1/4 cup coconut flour

• 1/4 cup flax meal (original recipe calls for whole seeds)

• 1/4 cup of butter

• 1/2 teaspoon salt

• 1 1/2 teaspoon chili powder 

• 1/2 teaspoon cumin

• 1/2 teaspoon paprika powder

• 1 egg

• 1/2 teaspoon of dried minced onions (original recipe calls for garlic powder)

Super simple prep here, guys! Just combine all your ingredients (including melted butter) and form a ball of dough.

Put it on a piece of wax paper and flatten it out enough to be topped with another piece of wax paper, and rolled out to cracker-width.

Cut our crackers...

And bake at 350F for about 10 minutes. Keep a close watch because when they're done, they're done. Not much forgiveness in these if you burn them. Then turn the over off and let them set up for about 10 more minutes.
