Peach Blueberry Sherbet (Dairy-Free, Grain-free, No Refined Sugar Added)

It’s been so hot outside holy smokes. So I’m on a mission to come up with frosty treats that are simple to make, and aren’t packed with sugar or grains. I wanna cool off while still being good to my body.

So here’s a tasty sherbet you can whip up in minutes, pop in the freezer, and feel good about eating. And it’s so pretty!

Getting all melty and delish.

What you’ll need:

• 4 peaches

• 1 can pure coconut milk

• 1 cup blueberries

• 3 teaspoons of stevia blend (I like Fructevia – you can find it at New Seasons)

• 1/2 teaspoon vitamin C powder (Note: I like my sweets tart and tangy, so adjust this measurement to your preference)

Wash and chop your peaches, getting them ready to be blended. Then pile everything in your blender and go for it. 


Blend until smooth. And beautiful.

Poor into a loaf pan and stick it in the freezer for 20 minute intervals – stirring every 20 minutes until it’s as firm as you like it.

Then serve it up, eat it up, and stay cool!
