Easy as Pie: Three-Ingredient Desserts

There’s no rule that says dessert has to be fussy to be delicious. And personally, I tend to gravitate toward a simpler dish anyway. So I’ve compiled a bunch of brilliant dessert recipes that only call for three ingredients. In my book, that’s awesome. You probably even have most of them in your kitchen right now! Awesomer.

Oh, would you just look at this? Don’t let the title fool you; there’s nothing dumpy about this cake. Warm, fudgey chocolate topped with tart cherry bursts. Timeless combination. And the colors are so lovely and dramatic. Perfect end to a good meal... or start to a great day.

Coconut Macaroons

These make my mouth water, just looking at them. One of my personal favorites, so I had to include them. The crunchy warmth of toasted coconut paired with the sweet, chewy meringue. Light and airy, while still satisfying. A seriously fabulous little treat.

Peanut Butter Cookie Sandwiches

Too lovely not to try.
