Stripped screws are so frustrating. Here’s a super simple way to work with them without needing to call on the big guns. No Dremel, drill, or welding adhesive necessary.
What you’ll need:
• Rubber band
Just put the rubber band over the stripped screw, really give it some pressure, and turn. That should allow the screwdriver enough material to grab in order to work with it.
Note: If this doesn’t quite do it, get a flat-head screwdriver that fits, use that in combination with the rubber band, and give it a little muscle.
